This week’s focus in Muay Thai will be on the low kick.
Curriculum for March:
3/3-3/8- Low Kicks
3/10-3/15- Push Kicks, Defense and Counters
3/17-3/22- Fight Training Week
AND March may be the last month in which we will have 8:00pm classes on Monday or Wednesday nights since turnout has been extremely low. (Thursday at 8:00pm will always remain as-is.)
Unless more people come in, M&W 8pm classes will probably be gone as of April. If you have thoughts or suggestions about either keeping those classes or what you’d like to see with the existing courses, Coach Vik would love to hear from your suggestions – about what you’re looking for, extra training, classes, etc.. Adding more Muay Thai classes earlier perhaps since the beginners classes are popular amongst both old and new members? The goal at TBI is to provide a fulfilling workout and supreme member satisfaction.
