What’s the first rule of Fight Club?
Well, if you don’t know (REALLY?!?!?), that’s another good reason to come on out to TBI and get into this week’s technique: Fighting Simulations!
Last week brought us the Seven Elbows that can be utilized in Muay Thai: Straight, Down/Diagonal, Upper, Jab, Ax, “Gun” and Spinning. We also had some fun with the Flying Elbow!
So this week, bring your headgear, shin pads, mouth guards and gloves (natch) and get ready for Round One – FIGHT! (Don’t have the necessary gear? You can buy them at TBI! Mouth guards, shin pads are available. If you want other items, inquire within or contact us.)
And a friendly reminder that the gym is Closed from Sat – Mon in observance of Memorial Day. The Schedule is always updated and reminders will go out later this week. Plan accordingly, come out to train and sweat, and get your calorie burns in before the long holiday of delicious barbecues, drinks, and hanging out.
