The focus in Muay Thai classes this week will be on Knees and Elbows. The addition of these two components is what sets Muay Thai apart from the other martial arts and also makes it so much
deadlier cooler for training under.
Coach Vik will go over the seven types of elbows and keeping in mind the shorter range get into attacking the lower body with knees. Each night will develop from the previous evening so try and stop by each class to get a full week’s curriculum under your belt.
