MT THIS WEEK – BACK TO THE BASICS

For those who got the chance to go, hope everyone had a blast at the Songkran Thai New Year Festival!  It was bigger than ever and thank you for a great TBI turnout!

Perhaps in acknowledgment of another new year, this week in Muay Thai we revert back to the basics.  Monday night was an emphasis on kicking.

You can never drill too much.  30 kicks on each leg could be done flawlessly and effortlessly (personal goal anyone?) but not many can claim such so practice makes perfect!

Come to the now multiple MT classes this week and get back to the basics and hone your skills as if it’s the beginning.

TUESDAY SCHEDULE

6:00-7:00 pm strength and conditioning
7:00-8:00 pm muay thai
8:00-9:00 pm muay thai II

Sparring tonight so bring your equipment please!
